T&W uses several contract toolmakers throughout the UK and Europe. This gives us the ability to obtain the best quality tool at the best price.

T&W runs several different quick change tool formats which keeps deliveries on time and reduces cost due to shortened down time.

By using these quick change tools the customer benefits directly as tooling costs are lower.
The need to make a full tool is not required this in turn reduces lead time too.

T&W conducts the following processes in house

• Satin Nickel plating
• Chrome plating

CAD

We can import 26 file formats. From solids to STL.

By working with our customer at the concept stage, we can offer the best cost effective solutions.
By viewing your data we can suggest design changes in features or tolerances with a view to cost saving.

Prototype

Once the design is signed off, T&W can take on the prototyping roll.

This can be done via CNC machining from solid. Or through rapid prototyping methods which ever is the most cost effective for the customer.
